Getting back into the swing of things after a holiday break may not be the easiest task. We have slept in for days, ate whatever we wanted, and broken our normal routine. Use these guidelines to ease your way back into a productive life.

  1. Start the week off with a good nights rest. No matter what you were doing during the break, starting the week off with a good nights rest will help you get back into your regular routine. Monday morning may feel like an unbearable punishment, but rest assured Tuesday will be better!
  2. Eat a good breakfast. Eating a good breakfast will provide the energy needed to sustain you through the day!
  3. Plan your week. Making a list and tackling the small stuff will give you the energy and confidence to move along. It is a mental game that will give you an edge to be a contender in the game of life!
  4. Be active. Adding exercise whether it is 15 minutes or an hour will help reset your clock. Exercise creates natural endorphins that help rebalance your body and state of mind.
